Linden Toll
Executive Director/CEO

Linden is an experienced investment professional with more than 25 years in the finance industry.

He commenced his career on the Sydney Futures Exchange as a pit trader and later as a broker. In this time he was employed by a number of companies including Macquarie Bank and HSBC. He then worked internationally for a number of years in Singapore, where he ran Sanwa Futures with more than 30 employees. In 2003, Linden made the transition into property funds management, where he held senior positions in a number of firms.  

Linden’s experience includes capital raising, product development and investment reviews. He also has extensive experience in compliance and legal aspects of funds management.

Father to five, Linden loves living in the picturesque NSW Southern Highlands. He has been an active member of a number of local groups, including currently serving as a board member of the Bowral Golf Club.

Michael Thomson
Chief Financial Officer

Michael is an investment professional with over 25 years experience in accounting, finance, compliance and management.  Michael worked in public and commercial accounting roles, establishing his own accounting practice before moving to the United Kingdom to work in financial control for the likes of large international law firm Norton Rose and Exxon Mobil’s International Marine Transport Division.

Upon returning to Australia, Michael was instrumental in the creation and management of a private financial services organisation, specialising in the production of capital raising documents and assisting to raise and manage in excess of $100m in various asset classes.

In 2013, Michael joined the Apricity Finance as chief financial officer and has been instrumental in assisting the board with the establishment and monitoring of financial, compliance and operational protocols.

Andrew Meakin 
BA (Econ/IR), MMgt (Marketing), MBA, ADFS (FP)

Andrew has more than 25 years experience in retail and wholesale funds management and private banking including advisory stockbroking and financial planning. Prior to his finance career, Andrew held a number of positions in the manufacturing and construction industries. He has held positions as chief executive officer plus senior distribution and investment roles for a number of financial service providers, including Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Currently Andrew is currently the Managing Director of ASX listed firm US Residential Fund and a Director of Shartru Wealth Management Pty Ltd.

Andrew holds a BA in Economics and Industrial Relations, Master of Management, a Master of Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services.
Tony Harmey
Business Development Manager

Tony joined us in early 2014 and is a key client relationship manager. He works closely with our clients to ensure the Apricity model is right for their business.

Prior to joining Apricity, Tony owned and operated his own hotels for more than 20 years, meaning he has extensive knowledge of day-to-day challenges of small to medium enterprise. During this time, he served as the president of the Australian Hotels Association (Far South Coast Branch).

Together with with his beautiful wife and two youngest children, Tony moved to the Southern Highlands in 2013. However in his heart will always proudly be a boy from Bankstown.

David Brindley 

Head of Credit

B.Bus (Accounting/Economics)

Prior to joining Apricity Finance, David worked as a chartered accountant in public practice for over 20 years, predominately assisting clients with property developments and other investments in addition to meeting compliance obligations.

David’s family farming background and early working life on large cattle stations and farming properties, running large shearing teams and on oil rigs in central Australia coupled with his professional training gives him a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges with small to medium enterprises.
